Everything Is Predictable: How Bayesian Statistics Explain Our World by Tom Chivers

informative medium-paced

4.0

I was expecting this to be way more technical and dense than it ended up being. I listened to the audiobook, which is always a risk with this type of book, but I found it very easy to digest. I honestly wish I had known about this book before I took my stats class last semester because it did a very good job of explaining  Bayesian statistics in both technical and layman's terms. Also, the author, who also narrated the book, had a good sense of humor which kept the book engaging where it could have otherwise been dry and boring.
