I was a bit disappointed by this and didn’t enjoy any of the characters, While it was intentional not to like the main guy I still don’t love reading books where not a single character is enjoyable. I was also hoping for more of a mystery/thriller aspect but it felt more like a side concept. The main guy was insufferable and I was annoyed by how many times the women he conned just forgave him or fell for his tricks. I think the most unrealistic thing was that they were upset with him not answering his phone for days but when he gave an excuse they were just like okay ??? Also he could’ve done what he was doing for SO much longer if he had just answered some texts like come on man.
