What a sweet read! Dean “The Machine” Knox-Morelli is a former boxer and Tabitha Tyler is a filmmaker who rekindle their friendship from high school. Tabitha comes home after 9 years and is staying next to Dean. Dean is surprisingly a shy and not so confident guy. I love that! Tabitha is outgoing and has a wandering soul.
Their love story is cute and swoony! They have chemistry enough to share! I couldn’t put this one down, I read it in 1 day. I truly love how Kathryn draws you into her stories and makes you feel like you are there. I feel like I know South Philly, even though I’ve never been. She creates worlds that are real and characters that become friends. I’m always smiling when I finish Kathryn’s books.
