The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian by Sherman Alexie

5.0

Crass, but real. I wasn't the biggest fan of the writing, but it did a good job at getting the story across and the character of Junior. I found it really insightful, not just into life on the rez, but life in general. I didn't expect it to be so touching especially with it's vulgar speech. It just felt very real and honest. It was refreshing.
