divyasree1601 's review for:
Of Glass and Glamour
by Chanda Hahn
Allllright so the only reason this book took this long to finish is because I has exams going on. The exams went good and my marks are amazing so is this book!!!

Okay so I'm just going to do an informal review here, with no sort of order. Let's begin!
First of all, the cinderella vibes. Eden was just PERFECT. She might say otherwise but she is just a perfect character meant for Cinderella role.
And So Dorian was this all flirty guy. Dorian just gave the story a very good finishing, it wouldnt be complete if not for him. That's all you can know about him.
And oh, I cannot leave Prince Evander after all. I just cant. if not for him, this story wouldnt have been complete at all.

And for the side characters. Merri. She played a VITAL role in this story. I suspect that she would be the next main character. I also suspect that she's Ariel. Loves to sing, Red hair and controls water? Definitely Ariel. I loved the mystery element of this book, you are just hooked to the book's plot till the end. You can guess what's gonna happen but youre not bored because of it. It's amazing how she does that.
You can tell what's gonna happen like a fifty pages before, you can tell who's the hero and who's not. But you are NOT bored because of it, I cant explain it exactly. I loved how the name "Cinder De Ella" came to be in this story, that was a fine touch to the story.

Serious spoilers here
"Doesnt seem to fit," he teased. "No wonder you kept losing them."
"They never belonged to me."
"Dont worry." He tossed the glass slippers onto my bed. "For I belong to you"
FLIRT STRAIGHT OUT!!!!
So if you havent read it...Just....I'll seriously cry if you wont read it. And now we are gonna rant about the ending. Seriously. I havent laughed SO HARD my entire life lmaoooooo.
"Someone stop those monkeys," King Ferdinand ordered.
Bravado whistled between his fingers, and the monkeys failed to resond. "Well, I tried." He shrugged.
"Try harder" Ferdinand yelled.
"They're not my monkeys," Bravado huffed indignantly. "But for the right price, say sixty gold coins, they can be your monkeys and your problem."
LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOO, I mean WHEN this happened that takes it to a totally different turn!!!!
And then we have this sparrow thing with Dorian. I hated it.

So I loved this book. That's underrated. READ IT NOWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's more like it now.

OK can we just appreciate Dorian again? I mean he was beaten and abused all his life when he was a PRINCE. Just because he was born. He was stripped out of his title and was forced ainto being a SLAVE. His first love was poisoned by his step mother and he knows it but couldnt do anything about it. He just wants all of his people to be happy. And then he falls for Eden and she hurts him. And that bastard evander hurts him because he just wants to hurt him, no reason!!!! I mean WHAT. THE. HECK. He is a poor guy!!! He cant even tell his OWN MOTHER that he is her son!!!! I love this guy smh *teary eyed*, he's amazing."Doesnt seem to fit," he teased. "No wonder you kept losing them."
