This is definitely one of those books that you won’t want to end!! I made the mistake of starting this one at night! I stayed up reading/listening until my eyes wouldn’t stay open! This hands down would have been a one sit read/listen. To say I was hooked immediately is an understatement!! I absolutely loved loved loved Emery and Kane! However little Maci was the scene stealer! She was definitely a very needed character to lighten up the book a bit! While you will find your self just smiling because of this little girl, you will definitely catch the feels too. If you love audios do yourself a favor and listen to this one!!! The narrators will make you feel everything so much more! They were amazing!! So if you’re in the mood for a small town, morally gray hero, forbidden, roommates to lovers, secret society, surprise single dad, hate to love romance be sure to check this one out!!
