Fear Land
by Rolynn Anderson
This is one of those books where it is physically painful to put down. I stayed up later than usual just to finish it because I had to know what was going to happen next. Fear Land by Rolynn Anderson is romantic, suspenseful and heartwrenching. Tally Rosella is a psychiatrist who works with children with anxiety. She often avoids adults because she can read their intense feelings that radiate from deep inside. When she starts a new study, she bumps heads with her new colleagues and some patients. Even though she is doing the right thing, someone starts coming after her. For the first time, she leans on her neighbors for help. There is Claire, a sweet elderly woman and Major Cole Messer who is a father to a child who suffers from anxiety as well. Tally's job seems to have an impact on these neighbors, and not just her. Tally and Cole need to work together to protect each other and Cole's son without causing him to worry.
