Curtis Sittenfeld is one of my favorite authors and her newest collection was one of my most anticipated books of the year. It did not disappoint. She is great at capturing awkward moments that are uncomfortable, yet relatable.
An all-around great short story collection. One of the stories was very timely, as it involved a 30th high school reunion and I attended my 30th a few weeks after finishing Show Don't Tell. Luckily, my own reunion was all good vibes and nothing weird!
Sittenfeld is one of my go-to authors that I always recommend. Read all of her books, she's such a gifted storyteller!
