Russian espionage probably isn't for me... I finished it though, so that says something. Once you get past the sexualization of boob sweat and nipple references, and one completely unnecessary scene at sparrow school, this book isn't too bad. The story feels a little dragged out, and there were a few too many characters... but I enjoyed how every chapter ends with a recipe for a dish mentioned in the chapter. That's worth a full star on its own 😁 That being said, I won't be continuing the series.
