Kissing Ted Callahan by Amy Spalding

3.0

There are things I like about this-- some funny moments, a completely platonic boy-girl friendship, the characterization of "the United Front." The author fairly effectively subverts the usual "girls want love, boys want sex" trope without patting herself too hard on the back about that. I'm also glad that Reid's contribution to the narrative was limited, because I frankly found his voice irritating. But there are some issues with pacing and depth, unfortunately.
