From Lukov with Love by Mariana Zapata

4.0

reread - great book, even though i did excuse some things because i liked the banter. theres way too much inner mologue for me, to the point where it feels like jasmine just endlessly stares at people before answering them.
also, and this might be my fault because i skimmed some parts, (and i guess its also a spoiler) but why did ivan tell her it was only for a year? like did we ever find that one out?
oh, and jasmine had a little bit of a im not like the other girls syndrome, but it wasnt unbearable

another reread - i still love this, but do have most of the complaints as in my previous review. the long inner monologue still bothers me, but this time around i just skipped it tbh.
and i guess now i realize that ivan told her it was only for i year, because he thought she wouldnt want to be with him longer, but i still do feel like it couldve been explicitly said.
my new complaint is that i feel like at the begging ivan was a bit more assholish to jasmine than she was to him, because she just said general rude stuff, but some of the stuff he said to her was actually pretty mean.
i dont reread books that often, but for some reason i keep coming back to this one.
