Gosh I just love Jill Shalvis books and this one was a perfectly cute forced proximity romance, but also found friends too.
Alice and Knox have both left their childhood homes for pastures new, but on finding out they have been left a third of an old ramshackle b and b they return home. Lauren is Alice's ex- BFF and as she is the other third new owner, the two have to face up to the past and why they are no longer friends.
I really enjoy reading about people getting a do-over and this was lovely as the book followed each character in alternating chapters. There was plenty of laugh aloud moments and banter, but also some poignant ones too.
It just left me with a smile on my face. I cannot wait to read more from this author.
