This should definitely be required reading for anyone living/moving/interested in the Puget Sound. I feel like it's the perfect combination of history, science, and anthropology and I really appreciated the integration of different Indigenous voices. As David points out, it's not a perfect anthology but it's a breath of fresh air compared to how white men typically tell these stories. I loved this book!
