The Three Musketeers by Alexandre Dumas

4.0

As a reader of contemporary fiction who's journeying into the classics for what is really his first time, it's quite a different sort of beast altogether.

A strong theme and plot driver of this book seems to be both infidelity and loyalty at the same time. And despite the fame surrounding the musketeers, I have to say, the villainess Milady De Winter appears to be both a villain and a heroine in a way depending on how you look at it.

Would recommend reading just to see where someone's point of view of the whole plot will fall.
