Oliver Twist
by Charles Dickens
3.5 stars
I love Dickens a lot and this was great read! I was hesitant at first since this seemed to be the amalgamation of all Dickensian stereotypes but it ends up being really wonderful. I thought it wrapped up a bit too strangely with some points which made the ending a little bit of a rough landing but with the final chapter Dickens always somehow manages to make me unbelievably sad that Iām leaving these characters behind. love my scrappy little orphans :āā)))
