This was beautifully written. I'm torn between being glad it was a short read and being upset that it wasn't longer. Longer would have made it so much sadder yet I felt like I was never able to really get invested in the characters. This provided a buffer but also made it a lot less meaningful.
I was hoping the character would connect in a more meaningful way but I think the point of this book was about how tragedy and death affect so many people yet every person must still continue on with their lives.
Overall a good story with good writing but doesn't allow a deep connection with any characters.
