Daughter of Sparta by Claire M. Andrews

4.0

I’ll admit, despite being a fan of Greek mythology I wasn’t very familiar with the myth of Daphne and Apollo. But that actually made it even better, I was more surprised by certain things in the story so it didn’t seem like something I had already read before. I did enjoy how this felt like the beginning of the Percy Jackson series all over again because I’m such a big fan of it, and while it wasn’t quite that good, it was a very enjoyable story. I did like the characters quite a bit too, and I’m really excited for the next entry.
