Well paced with short chapters, this is an essential read for anyone interested in politics or human nature. The author sets his stalk out and using contemporary (for the author) and historical figures lays his points home.
It is an engaging read, for myself I was aware of some of the characters used, but it is not an essential.
Overall, it gives an insight in how to not be a good leader but a long lasting one.
