And just as her team gets to work, the Counter Terrorism Command from Manchester take over the investigation, convinced the blast is their area of expertise. They're secretive and bullies, but Carol and her team still have a job to do despite their presence.
One day I must go and start this series from the beginning, but I like what I've read so far ("The Torment of Others" #4 three years ago and this one, #5) and I'm keen for more.
