Somebody's Wife

I would give this book a 2.5 just because I would hesitate to recommend it to anyone because of the spice level. I found myself frequently uncomfortable with the spice level myself.
I am giving it a three because I did want to find out what happened next and I enjoyed reading the book. I actually listen to it on audiobook, and two of my favorite narrators are narrating the book. I struggled with the relationship between Jemma and Ezekiel because it seems based mostly on lust. While the characters were well developed and the story line kept me engaged, the relationship with the two main characters wasn’t well enough developed to sell me on the relationship being based on more than sex and a the idea of a woman being a possession.
At one point I was excited to move onto book 2, but by the end of this first installment of the 2-book series I decided I’d read enough.
