This is the most important book I've read this year. Not getting enough sleep is the cause of all sorts of health problems, from small like weight gain, and including major issues like cancer and Alzheimer's. The author even brings up how the current high school schedule, starting so early and against the natural clock of teenagers, might be part of the reason disorders like schizophrenia develop in teenage years. Terrifying. You should read this book and commit to 8 hours in bed every night.
