I read this book as part of the Gumption Book club readathon and mostly because it was sitting on a shelf of mine for a long time... And I was quite blown away ! I really like Atkinson's witty style, how she approaches several turning points of European history and the whole "concept" of the book. It's groundhog day but 100x better. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get out of a reading slump, even if it's a long book, it's a page turner.
