This is how u do an enemies to lovers novel right!
Both Crier and Ayla were realistic characters in terms of motivation (and lovable in their own right) Ayla's hate is justified and not just a silly misunderstanding for the sake of the trope. The only thing that furrowed my brows were the fact that both Faye and Storme were alive despite Ayla thinking for years they weren't. it seemed a bit like overkill and it had made more sense if just one of them made it. This felt convenient also FUCK KINOK I NEVER LIKED THAT MF
The world building was rich yet relatively easy to understand and the plot doesn't fail to suck u right in. I read this book within 2 days and am immediately moving on to the sequel 🤪 TLDR: THIS WAS A BLAST
