Full of angst and a real slow burn, reading El Diablo II was a gripping, eventful experience. Having loved the first book, I was scared that this book wouldn’t hit the mark, but it was totally different in a good way.
Whilst the sparks were certainly right there in the beginning for Sienna and Cruz, I loved that their relationship was turbulent. The storyline is action packed from start to finish as the mafia world invade this couple’s lives, causing misery and mayhem - it made it totally addictive to read.
Personally, I would have loved more from Cruz and Sienna in terms of their relationship as I felt it got a tad lost in all the events of the plot however, I’d still wholly recommend one-clicking. I also am incredibly excited to read the future spin-offs.
