Grew on me (3.5 stars)
This one took a while to get into, but ultimately was worth reading. There are some third act plot twists that were genuinely a surprise, and the second act - when our protagonist is simply playing the role of attorney, and not detective - is highly entertaining. This one got a lot of mediocre reviews on Goodreads, but I’m glad I gave it a shot. Looking forward to reading more stories about Eddie Flynn!
