The Tower of the Swallow by Andrzej Sapkowski
5.0
adventurous dark emotional mysterious medium-paced
Plot or Character Driven: A mix
Strong character development: Yes
Loveable characters: Yes
Diverse cast of characters: Yes
Flaws of characters a main focus: Complicated

This is a definite level up from the last book, with great pacing, clever storytelling, and wonderful uses of varying styles and voices to progress the story. The story is left with a tantalising glimpse of what may come and the last 2 chapters draw together divergent threads, from unicorns to Ciri’s parents. Outstanding.
