A very solid sequel! It got a bit repetitive at times with the amount of flip-flopping with Rune’s and Gideon’s opinions on each other, but it did feel realistic given their circumstances/history. The grand finale felt lacking for the amount of buildup leading up to it. Otherwise, an enjoyable read with likable characters and a plot that keeps you interested!
