I was unaware that this was a Novella in the Dreamers series, but it definitely makes me want to read the series! I really enjoyed Ari and Yin's relationship. This Novella is short and sweet, yet still had complexity and was overall wholesome.
It was enjoyable to read about how much these characters loved each other and how selfless they were toward each other. A couple takeaways I got from this story was that communication in a relationship is key and to not let ego or insecurity impede one's relationship. Their love felt like it was on solid ground and I enjoyed that they were able to resolve their complications together, without blame or hurt feelings. The story also had a couple steamy scenes.
If you love M/M romance, found family, immigrant MC's, and/or holiday romances then definitely read this cute and quick read!
