This story is the second book of “Burnout” Series” — A Dark Street Racing Romance — that follows Amara and Leon tangled up in each other’s lives. Their lives have been extremely opposite but — boy, in this lifetime, opposites do attract. It was such a complicated yet sweet story. I love how the MCs realistically worked on their own struggles to be together. The character development was so good and I love how compact their small family is. I felt emotional at some scenes that I thought it would take me a while to finish this. But thank goodness, I persevered because it actually gets better. Beware of the trigger warnings which might make you both love the story and cry when needed.

This book is a perfect date on Valentine’s! Make sure to grab your copy! It was such a fun read! Thank you so much for this amazing ARC!
