An incredibly moving and emotional exploration of grief, mental illness and the the strength it takes to say you're not okay. This is the kind of book that holds the power to truly make a difference to the lives of its readers. It makes me so happy to know this is out there in the world and hopefully in the hands of those who need it the most.
