The Hunting of the Snark by Lewis Carroll

4.0

This graphic novel is chock full of Carroll’s signature, surreal “Nonsense” writing and, some really gorgeous, old-school illustrations (I wish I knew the name of the style!). I have to admit, I was worried that my imagination had shrunk too much with adulthood, because a few times while reading this I couldn’t help but think, “WTF?” However, by the end, I realized my imagination had remained intact just enough, and I was able to enjoy this bit of quirky, epic poetry. Huzzah!
