I absolutely fell in love with Jax and Sasha! Their story hooked me from the very beginning, and it was easy to see the chemistry between them before the pregnancy. We got to see so much of them as individuals and within their developing relationship, and it made for really rich character backgrounds. Their communication was top tier, and the spicy scenes always helped move the plot along.
I really enjoyed the pacing of this book, as well as the time gap between Crossroads (main story, not epilogue) and Sunlight. It allowed for the characters we’d already met to develop more and for the conflicts to make sense. The element of suspense kept things interesting and the conflict resolution was so so so satisfying.
All in all, this was a fantastic read.
