Read this one after I finished White Fragility and I know I'll return to both of them often. "So You. . . " is conversational, detailed, informative, and educational. The chapter headings refer to specific topics each deals with, so if you have a particular question, you can get to Oluo's thoughts on it quickly.

Highly recommended.
