A love story with depth. I am always so happy to find books with emotional depth without getting too overwhelming. This had enough back story, good character development and fun characters.  Whitney is a stubborn guarded orphan who has to learn that love doesn’t mean leaving and Hardy having similar trauma but also entirely different childhood experiences made it interesting  in their relationship growth.
