Strength

There are two type of series : the series where something different happens each book, a different story, all going towards the bigger picture and depending on how well written the series is, you read the last book and go “all of that meant that!?” in awe. There is the type of series where it’s one picture, very blurry at the beginning, you don’t know what to look for, where to look, and each book gives you a better focus, until the end where you see everything clearly and you know exactly how you got there.
This is the second type, and it’s really well done. I still have one book to go, but I know I’m going to love it cause everything is just so greatly thought out. At first, you think Willa is a normal, worse than average dweller. Then, with the Abcurses, you start to understand there something more going on. Then, she not really a sol but more than a dweller. Then, her soul didn’t die, it split under Rau’s curse and is now with each of the Abcurses. And then she’s a potential Choas Beta, so she’s a sol. But then she dies and lives, without Stativiti making her a God so she isn’t a god. And then she comes back from the imprisonment cave, which is impossible. Also now she has healing power and can bring people back from the dead??? And all of this brings of to the next book, which is going to unravel everything and explain everything
The missing piece.
I’m really interested in the whole Jakan story, and the soul of the god children. I really think Willa is related to Stativiti in a way and she’s going to take his place as the creation god but there’s going to be much more than that, I can tell.
I love the way the six way relationship is evolving, it all happens quite naturally and I really like that. I loved the ending of this book with Will finally having been with all five of them and the bond being complete, the balance restored. I’m starting the next book right away!!
