More trash. Classist trash. One of the weaker relaunch books. Some mildly fun concepts and as fast paced as expected. But the writing is just so incredibly dumb. On every level. Which might be fine if the characters were kids instead of teens and the story was more Goosebumps and less YA thriller.

Oddly enough, I do want to read the third and fourth books in this series—the two I have not read yet, because I don’t have the second omnibus.

I guess it’s good to have some junk in your diet; it motivates you for when it’s time to read the quality stuff.
