While I was not expecting how heavy this volume would get, or the way it was structured slightly different it doesn't make me dislike it at all. The time jumps in this volume threw me for a loop at first but the use of journal entries to fill the audience in on things that have gone on was creative and made up for not just following them along as the story unfolds. A strong point in this one for me was seeing the relationships with the parents, how they were all different and how they affected the kids and how they see life was interesting and added so much to the story. I am going to anxiously await the publication of volume five.
