First I have to admit I didn’t finish this book. Not because it was terrible but because it got automatically returned to the library. But tbh I don’t feel the need to renew and continue. I liked his points about the Stoic life and taking on the Stoic challenge. But I like more research and depth than this author gave. He felt very self promoting and repetitive.
