Let's just say I'm happy with the story line she went with. Although this book had some really good parts, it kinda felt like a big mess to me. I'm happy that she took some parts of this book and incorporated it into her actual book series, but other than that this book was okay.
Sam, I felt, was way to emotional and kinda turning fake by interacting with kids who once screwed her over. I liked the Sam from the first book, who didn't give a rats ass about anything. This Sam was completely different from that. She cried, vomited and was way too concerned with everything.
Mason showed more of his caring and loving side. I don't know, I can never picture Mason bending over and laughing, chucking? Yes. But actually full out laughing?? Hell no.
Logan seemed a bit more wild than usual which is also good and bad, some parts of the book I was like really??
Even though this book was not the one that made it into the series, I still thought it was pretty good, but not the greatest she has ever written.
