Clockwork Princess by Cassandra Clare

3.75

Ok, so....
I liked the book the most out of the trilogy, it almost felt like it was written first and the other books came out afterwards to kinda work around this one. But it wasn't without it's faults: Tessa and Jem seemed way more in love than what was left off on from book two, for the book being over 500 pages the enemy was defeated in a matter of sentences, the stuff that came about from the villain went no where, and she literally wrote off a character until the very end.

I feel like I got extremely emotionally invested just to be pulled a "just kidding" on me because of the ending and epilogue. Everything was either too convenient or the characters were too perfect. But honestly, it was a fun time. Ending on a 3.75 rounding up to 4 stars on GoodReads
