Moominvalley Turns Jungle by Tove Jansson

I read these in different versions when I was in grade school, which, looking back, seems peculiar to me now that I am reading them again. They are full of weird asides and very peculiar in all ways, and I am certain kid me missed bunches of stuff. Adult me thinks they're still maybe a bit juvenile, but they are lovely to look at, and clever enough, and I liked going back to this particular well. I also have several more to dig through, so that's something to be pleased with.
