Lovely feel-food romance. This author is consistent in building chemistry and heat between characters. However, I feel we could’ve come up with a better reason why the FMC was reluctant to be in a relationship. Those circumstances were too intense to not be explored in more detail. Also, I wanted more interaction between the MMC and his friends. His previous “poly” experiences would’ve been cool to explore. Not my fave from this author but def worth a read. I'm making my way through all her books!
