Waiting for Godot: A Tragicomedy in Two Acts by Samuel Beckett

4.0

*Read this for theatre class*

This play was so good! It confused me at the beginning but its confusion made me more interested it. It's about two friends who are waiting for Godot who nobody knows. While they wait, they talk about life, death, the meaning of existing, waiting, boredom. I don't know why Pozzo goes blind at the end but it kept me hooked for some weird reason. Some might say it's boring because there is a lot of back and forth, repetition, and talk that might seem "meaningless" but isn't. Wish I could see this play live but it was really good!
