From the Corner of His Eye by Dean Koontz

3.0

I'd have given this four stars for the start of the story and how shocking and unexpected it was!
But I'd also have given it two stars for pretty much all the rest of the story that never quite bores you or loses your interest, but never again manages to capture and hold you like the beginning did.

Also I find the back of the book doesn't really prepare you for the story, but that's a small thing easily fixed by Google.

I feel the book could have been condensed to half it's size to keep the story thrilling and imaginative.
It's a choppy, chonky, long read really only recommended for the fans.
