shelfelf 's review for:
After Delores
by Sarah Schulman
I mainly really loved the short essay on the prologue of the new edition.
The rest of the book has moments of genius but is lacking in most other ways. It's of undeniable historic importance tho. It had a mission and a function, it is what it was. "Escaping from the tyranny of positive images" by way of Kafkian and Svevian narrative.
