The Hunt for Dark Infinity by James Dashner

3.0

I forgot to mention in my last review that Jane reminded me so much of Levana from the Lunar Chronicles series. Their motivation are pretty much identical in that they wanted to build the perfect world - only their perception on how to do it is so warped.

I felt that Mistress Jane's character developed more in this book than any other character. The other characters, especially Tick, Sophia, and Paul, were quite flat still (and somewhat self-centered). I find myself quite detached from the newly recruited Realitants, though Sato's part of the story was quite intense.

SpoilerI think I'm showing my age when I got cross at Tick being so rude to Jane when she was trying to explain to him why things ended up the way it did with her and the 13th Reality. What a brat.
