I love to hate this book. It has fascinating sci fi concepts and ideas but I did not like the execution. Came off as... too dramatic? Perhaps full of itself? Some of the plot twists were so sudden they made me laugh. The main character is annoying. There's something about this book that comes off as insulting to my intelligence. I'm sorry if this is harsh, it's just really not for me. It's memorable and I keep thinking about it, so I guess it did something right. I don't know what that says about me.
