As previous Jessica Clare books, the steamy is very steamy. So on that department, this book cemented her signature. However, the story is... off. The insta love is not believable. How can someone knows they want to get married just from first glance? That is really throw me off.
And I do not like Knox. I was expecting he is going to be cynical. But he turns out to be pessimistic character. It does not fit with his possessive alpha male behavior. And Lexi? I can not connect with her at all. I dont understand her at all.
I give this 3 stars just because the steamy.
