Def one of this author’s earlier works. There’s nothing particularly distinctive about this story. Old time vampires before the twilight era - Check✅. But aside from that its no different from any of the popular zombie apocalypse action flicks with a large cast of ultimately forgettable characters. Also features villains and a climax taken from a power rangers boss scene. Feels throughout the book that the author is trying to write horror, but oh the story and its one note flatness and dulling predictability did not lend to the genre any worthy substance.

At least I know the author has found his voice and has written quality works. Boy’s life was heavens better than this one.
