Was not my favorite out of the three, but it was still an entertaining read.
Without giving too much away, overall I enjoyed the story arch. Knowing what we know about Illuminae and Gemmina we knew that things were going to go down in Obsidio, and they did.
The two things stopping me from giving this a 5 star rating was:
1.There were two similar "twists" (trying not to use the actual phrase, because spoilers).
2. The group of teens in this story are always so very snarky(I know that's their thing, but still). The only times they were not snarky was when they were being "romantic". And even then there was plenty of snark. I feel like they should have had more real teen moments. Where they weren't the heros and they f-ed up, or something.
I love all of the time, effort, and research that the authors put into this and I cannot wait tho read the next series that they are planning on releasing.
